Anne Shilengudwa
Anne Shilengudwa, the founder of Anne Shilengudwa Incorporated, built the firm on resilience, perseverance, and a clear sense of purpose. From the very beginning, she set out to create a practice that would not only deliver excellent legal services but also redefine how those services are experienced in Namibia.
The journey was not without challenges. With limited business resources and support, Anne relied on determination, integrity, and her belief in justice to shape the foundation of the firm. What began as a vision grew into a practice known for its commitment to clients, meaningful relationships, and a drive to contribute to the broader Namibian and African story.

OUR STORY
Anne Shilengudwa began her legal career as a director and shareholder at Ellis Shilengudwa Incorporated from 2008 to 2017, where she led the conveyancing department and oversaw the firm’s human capital.
In 2017, she founded Anne Shilengudwa Attorneys in Windhoek, establishing a reputation for excellence, integrity, and client-focused service. On 1 October 2021, the firm evolved into Anne Shilengudwa Incorporated, continuing its trajectory of growth and professional distinction.
Today, Anne Shilengudwa Incorporated proudly serves on the panels of local banks, state-owned enterprises, and private companies. The firm’s success is driven by a commitment to excellence and robust, client-centered strategies.
Our team combines highly skilled professionals with strong support systems to ensure full compliance with the Legal Practitioners Act and the rules of the Law Society of Namibia.
